Administrative Assistant

Job Description

  • Assist sales team on quotation preparation and project tracking
  • Assist project team on site clearance application and preparation
  • Liaise with supplier on office supplies and equipment purchase
  • Keep track of company property and inventory
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and visas upon request
  • Prepare, check and process leave and expenses
  • Company and team event support
  • Answer telephone inquiries and technical support phone calls
  • Provide basic administrative support to the department
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum A Level/Diploma in any disciplines
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
  • Meticulous, organized and good attention to details
  • Carry out assigned task independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive working attitude with initiative
  • Have strong sense of responsibility
  • Prior experience in a related field is required
  • Basic knowledge in Accounting and HR will be added advantage
  • Able to commit immediately or within short notice
